Summer on the Avenue Block Party – Vendor Application

The Mamaroneck Avenue Block Party is a community event which draws thousands of people to Mamaroneck and includes the best in musical entertainment, arts, crafts, local food, exhibits, children’s activities and much more. This is a free event for the public and provides a great way for the community to gather in Mamaroneck and to enjoy the best the Village has to offer. It is one of the largest block party events in the region drawing crowds from across the Sound Shore community.

All vendors participating in the Block Party event receive one (1) FREE parking space for the event. In addition, you will receive a registration confirmation with booth location via email prior to the event. Please plan to have all items for your booth unloaded from your vehicle no later than 6:30 p.m. At approximately 6:15 p.m., no new vehicles will be allowed into the block party area; at 6:45 p.m., all vehicles will be required to leave the block party area to ensure the safety of the guests. Please be aware that the Village of Mamaroneck is not responsible nor held liable for breakage or loss of any items. Vendors are responsible for their booth and its contents at all times during the Block Party. A signed hold harmless waiver will be required to participate in the block party.

VENDOR GUIDELINES:
1. Vendor spots will be first made available to businesses with a physical presence on Mamaroneck Avenue.
2. Outside or non-local vendors will only be provided with a spot to vend if their business does not conflict with an existing business located on Mamaroneck Avenue in the block party area.
3. Outside catering companies, food trucks, ice cream vendors or peddlers that directly compete with local businesses in the block party area will not be permitted to participate in the event.
4. Each vendor space is measured 10 feet x 10 feet.
5. You will be assigned a location for your space, which will be emailed to you prior to the event.
6. Set-up begins at 6:00 p.m. and must be completed by 7:00 p.m. At the close of the block party, all items pertaining to your booth space must be completely removed by 10:15 p.m.
7. A copy of your photo ID must be provided to process your vendor application.
8. DO NOT MAIL your application to the Village of Mamaroneck. All vendor applications and payments must be completed online at vomrec.recdesk.com.
9. Electricity, tables, and chairs WILL NOT be provided for vendor spaces.
10. In the event of inclement weather, the block party will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025. All vendors must be available to participate on the rain date.

VENDOR FEES:
Mamaroneck Avenue businesses situated between Prospect Avenue and Halstead Avenue - $60.00
Non-Food Corporate or Commercial Business - $120.00
Corporate or Private Business Solicitation or Professional Services (selling mass-produced items such as t-shirts, professional services, or any non-handmade product) - $120.00
Art Vendors (hand-made items, creative or cultural pieces, original art products) - $60.00
Village Department or Partnered Program, Non-Profit or Community Organizations – FEE WAIVED
Village of Mamaroneck Café Permit – FEE WAIVED
